How Do I Track My Order?

When Should I Expect My Order?

Most products spend 3 to 5 days in production and an average of 3 days to arrive depending on your location. Please note: if you are not from the United States, this might take 10-15 days. If your order is lost, you must open an investigation with your mail courier. Occasionally, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect it from there.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to our refund policy page.
