Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items purchased during a promotional sale or clearance sale will be refunded at the price it was sold, which will be clearly specified at the time of purchase. In other words, we will not refund a sale item at its regular retail price.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns outside the 30-day window or failing to meet the eligibility criteria may be subject to a denial of return. Our customer support team will assess each case individually.
Please note that this return policy applies to online purchases made through our official website. If you have made a purchase through a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective return policies.

FINAL SALE ITEMS POLICY:
All accessories and stickers are final sale. However, if there is a serious issue with the item (ex: damaged product or a manufacturing error), returns will be accepted. Please provide a picture of the item and describe the issue.
In those cases, we would need the item in question for an internal investigation and the customer will receive a same-item replacement. If you have an issue with your purchase or to start a damaged item return, please contact us.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
We do not give refunds for final sale items unless they are damaged or defective. For those cases, we do a same item replacement. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping is non-refundable and if a return is in order, shipping must be provided by the customer.
WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVE MY PRODUCT:
If your order is lost, you must open an investigation with your mail courier. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.
We comply with such investigations and provide the necessary information on our end.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD:
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD ORDERS:
In light of the rampant online scams in our e-commerce community and to cut down on fraudulent orders, customers who initiate chargebacks on our items will be added to the store's blacklist and future orders will be canceled. Please be informed that we do not accept orders that have different/mismatched billing and shipping addresses under any circumstances. We do not ship to UPS stores and freight forwarders. Profiles that trip our fraud alert system will be flagged and investigated.
